It was St. Valentine's Day last year when hubby surprised us with a ticket to Universal Studios Singapore (USS). It has not officially opened yet that time but we are one the few privileged families to enjoy the place on it's first day of pre-view to the public. I have seen photos of the place beforehand as hubby was part of the Resorts World Sentosa project where USS is located. I was actually quite tempted to share it to you before but hubby didn't allow me to for some valid reasons. Instead, he promised we will get to see USS with our very own eyes pretty soon which happened on that fateful day. Who says V Day are just for couples? It is supposed to be a day of LOVE to be celebrated by both young and old whether you have a partner or not. So instead of planning for a fancy candle light dinner for two, my husband thought of celebrating the V Day especially for his little princess. Below are Kyla's priceless moments we have captured on St Valentine's Day 2010.
This year, we celebrated V Day in advance because 14th falls on Monday - a hectic day for the family. Hubby said, no roses for me this year because he already bought his practical gifts - a lighter bag and a lighter umbrella for a heavier me. Lol! Below are the family photos we had last year. :)
(taken before leaving home, I had roses and Kyla had hearty bear and a toy watch)
(hubby toured us on his finished project, Resorts World Sentosa, before entering the USS premises)
(look who can't wait!)
(finally, we're in!)
We'll definitely come back with Kyla's baby brother in tow some other time. ;)
You have such a wonderful and meaningful V-day.
ReplyDeleteoh, love all the photos Che, and how you presented them. Wow, congrats to Monds for a job very well done, I am glad you enjoyed Universal Studios.

ReplyDeleteHi Cher. Dumaan para batiin ka.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Answered prayers talaga. Am sure super excited ka na to see your baby boy. I am so happy for you!
that's a great photo album of wonderful memories.
ReplyDeleteI really love Kyla's poses, am a big fan of her pretty smile and confident pose. Oh, you were so slim and fit here Che, actually, right now, you still look slim, of course, minus the ballooned belly because of baby, but I know after giving birth, you'll be back no doubt to your admirable physique.
ReplyDeletePS.....I am glad you did not log on to FB to tell them, so proud of you Che you can discipline yourself like that, I wish I could too. Fasting for me has to be literal :( Anyway, distracting myself from assignments that's why I am here, but what is good is that I am not tempted to look at updates and snoop around, hahaha! After I am done commenting here, I am done, haha! Bless you always Che, thanks for the support. Ako din, kakatamad mag-email, haaaay!
Never been there but looks like a fun place.
