Food Photography: Hokkien Mee



Hokkien mee refers to fried noodles cooked in Hokkien (Fujian) style. Hokkien mee is served in many Southeast Asian countries (mostly Malaysia and Singapore) and was brought there by immigrants from Fujian province in southeastern China. ~ Wikipedia
