Sometime ago, I got addicted with oil painting effect using ACDSee Photo Manager and Photoshop. This is my 2nd entry with the same editing application. You can check out my first try here.

    This is fantastic, I have been experimenting with the colored pencil effect myself but I will have to give this one a try too. Excellent job.

    nice. i have not tried ACDSee. Right now I stick with picnik because it's for the dummies. hahah
