Nature Love: Globe Amaranth



Globe Amaranth, (Gomphrena globosa), ornamental garden plant of the family Amaranthaceae, native to the Old World tropics. Globe amaranth is a short annual with dense, cloverlike flower clusters that often are dried and preserved.     oh, did not know that the english name of this button flower ( i call it button flower) is globe amaranth Che. Amaranth (or kulitis in ilonggo) is one of my favorite vegetables, and very rich in nutrients, quite pricey here, thus, I grow amaranth here instead but the vegetable,
