Texture Experiment

AFTER
Soft texture applied using PhotoScape, I have yet to learn applying textures in Photoshop. Is there any other software I can use besides Photoshop to create nicely textured photographs?

    the second one looks like from a greeting card Che, but I very much prefer the first one in its untouched state. Beautiful capture, as always.

    Oh I do not know what photoscape is, and I have not tried textures in photoshop,ahh, I really am lost in photo editing since I do not even know what kind of pictures are best for textures :(

    It is a beautiful photo either way but the soft texture does give it an interesting look. I have only played with demos of some photo editing programs, wish I could remember which one did what.
