Lechon Kawali is a pan-roasted pork dish popular in the Philippines. It is best eaten with pickled papaya and Mang Tomas gravy or soysause with onion and lime. I am literally drooling while typing, lol!

ReplyDeleteOne dish Jeff loves to order in Filipino restaurant ! Seriously, if his order is two-entree he would order two servings of that lechon kawali. I would always take the atchara since he is not a fan of sweet and sour stuff !
ReplyDeleteChay
This is my favourite.
ReplyDeleteI like the crispy skin.
haha, though I profess to be "eating healthy" always, but sometimes, I do crave for this and would go out to have this, and life chay's Jeff, have to serving of this :) I would only eat the crispy skin though, and bring home the other stuff, which I would slowly eat with rice or add to pancit. I love the Mang tomas gravy.
