Hummertons is a stylish Restaurant & Bar situated at Robertson Walk. According to their website, their focus is North American cuisine with Asian / Mediterranean & Latino influence.
I had the privilege to have a taste of Hummerstons' great food when I was invited by omy.sg for sold.sg's launch party. I feasted on smoked salmon and cold prawns while the hubby (brought him along as a guest as I was told I could bring a guest along) pigged out on the mini-beef burgers. Had a taste of the vegetable stewers, mini mushroom burgers, stuffed baguette and pizza too.
Hummerstons have extensive collection of wine which they categorized as The Whites, The Reds, The Bubbles and The Sweets. See the complete list here.
At the end of the party, we were treated with sweet treats and fruit punch. The macaroons and the mini ice cream are crowd's favourite.

ReplyDeleteOh love the foods Che, the smoke salmon, prwans with avocado and vegetable are so tempting me to make some later at home! Wish i can just give you a call and say " Che, le us pigged out at Hummerstons!" All the foods that i see doesnt help me in trying to lose weight, i dont want tatay to nag me again of how big I become:)
