Black Opal at Mount Faber



Black Opal as aptly described at www.mountfaber.com.sgis a classic, aristocratic style dining venue that gleams with elegance, impeccable service and stunning harbour views. 


This sophisticated, glass encased restaurants offers exquisite set menus of Modern European cuisine that will surely tantalize and tickle your taste buds.

The restaurant has 42 seating capacity indoor. Type of meal served are Set Menu and A la Carte. Reservations is highly recommended. 


They do charge corkage and their price ranges from $$$ to $$$$. Yes, they are a bit on the expensive side but the fine dining delicacies (view tempting food photos here), great view and romantic ambiance make up for it. 


Black Opal implements strict dress code which is smart casual. Singlets, shorts, bermudas, sandals, and slippers are not permitted inside the restaurant. 


If you wish to surprise your wife/girlfriend on your anniversary, her birthday or you simply want to spend a romantic night with her (HINT: Ladies love just because surprises), Black Opal will surely help you do the trick. How to get there: 
If you don't have your own transportation, it is recommended to take a taxi otherwise, take the monorail from Vivo City to Sentosa and ride the cable car from there to Mount Faber. If you prefer a short cut, take the cable car from Harbourfront Centre.

  3. I remember this. My friend Imee brought me here and yes, it was called the Glass Bar. I love the restroom there. Don't know if it was still the same. So this is what it looks like in daytime because it was already breathtaking at nighttime when I was there with all the city lights below.
