Manny Pacquiao was knocked out by Juan Manuel Marquez during their last fight in December 2012 but to many Filipinos around the world, he will always be a great Filipino pride and a real champion. His humility, sportsmanship and faith in God are awe-inspiring beyond his indispensable great track record in boxing history.
I am no boxing fan but the hubby is. He watches every Pacquiao fight regardless who his opponent is. Funny thing was, Manny Pacquiao's collection of boxing gloves, wrestling shoes, boxing shorts among other stuff were recently featured in a Philippine TV show and out of the blue, the hubby asked me if I could get him a Suplay wrestling shoes as a memento of the real champ. Sometimes, I can't spell men. LOL.
I am a fan of Manny. He is a remarkable man in a day when not many stand tall.
