Everything with Fries (Bugis Junction): Food Trail Part 1

Bugis Junction food trail 1st stop: Everything with Fries

I honestly have not tried eating here before so I did a bit of research about it. Apparently, Everything with Fries was started by the people behind Awfully Chocolate in 2009. Bugis Junction is one of their newest outlet. All their main courses comes with fries, hence the name Everything with Fries.

I was one of the earliest bird in the group so I took the opportunity to capture the empty place to show you what to expect when you decide to give Everything with Fries a try. I like the black and white interior. The white fence reminds me of a beautiful beach house.

Before you get bored with my wild imagination, let's start digging Everything with Fries' food shall we? Let's see what gastronomic delights they have for us!

WARNING: Scroll down with full stomach or else you will be super hungry by the end of the post.

1)The One Egg Soup ($6.90)
The One Egg Soup is Everything with Fries' house special made from one egg. It is very rich and filling.

2) Skinny Chicken Wings
Crispy Asian style, a little similar to Taiwan's popular boneless chi-pie but this is less oily and not boneless.

3) Steak with Tulang ($25.90)
Char-grilled rib-eye steak served with a red wine enriched steak sauce, seared and grilled bone marrow, sauteed mushrooms and thick cut fries with truffle oil. If you love bone marrow and steak, try this!

4) Wild NZ King Salmon ($18.90)
Crispy crumbs over melt in the mouth salmon. DDMT (die die must try)

5) Char-grilled Char Siew ($15.90)
Pork belly braised till tender, char-grilled with Garlic sauce. Who needs a dose of fat? Haha!

6) Tandoori Chicken Sandwich ($11.90)
Char-flamed whole chicken leg with Everything with Fries' own tandoori marinade. This is a light meal option if you are on diet.

7) Char-grilled Beef Karubi ($21.90)
Boneless US prime beef shortrib braised till tender then char-grilled, served with truffle oil fries. For beef lovers like me, this is a must try!

8) Grilled Pork Chop ($13.90)
Thick cut flamed pork steak, in house miso sauce. Grilled to perfection, moist and juicy!

9) Hot Banana Butterscotch Pudding
A warm moist pudding with caramelised bananas, topped with homemade butterscotch. Served warm with a scoop of icecream. Looks really good but didn't get to try it.

Other choices of dessert.
I am eyeing the nutella lava mug!

10) Nutella Shake ($5.90)
I tried their in-house special, Nutella Shake. A tad too sweet for me but my sweet-tooth new friend Cherry liked it. They also offer freshly squeezed lemonade and freshly brewed iced lemon tea.
