ReplyDeleteClothes do help to make good memories, don't they. I think we remember what we were wearing when specific events happened in our lives. For example, when a child is three of four, they may wear a certain short or blouse and we remember that. Memories are attached to it and it becomes difficult to just throw it away, even when it becomes worn.
ReplyDeleteI've seen parents find creative ways to re purpose these items so they continue being useful and they have the memories carry over to something else. It's the same with clothes that adults wear.
