I have been following the award-winning fashion (and mommy)
blogger, Karen Cheng for some time now. I am not so much a fashionista but when a patient told me I look like
a fashion blogger based in Perth, Australia, I asked for the blog address and
checked it out right after the patient left. I guess, things really happen for
a reason (and mostly good reason for that matter) because when I checked
Karen's fashion and life blog,
I thoroughly enjoyed her daily living posts.
In between her fashionable entries, she talks about her three
boys, her parents, her bicycle rides for a good cause, her family adventures in
Perth, her family travelogues, her passion in baking and whipping up healthy
meals for her family, her most recent hairstyle, her gastronomic experiences in
Perth, and so on and so forth. While I love reading about her 3 boys, I also
tremendously enjoy everything she writes about Perth.
Perth, according to my brother-in-law who was working there for a
few years now, is a safe, quiet and very laid back place. It is actually the
capital city of Western Australia and is the most isolated capital city of over
1 million people in the world according to wikitravel.org. All the information
I gathered make me wonder how heavenly spasin Perth are.
Remember our amazing spa experience on a roof top with stunning
hill and waterfront views in Indonesia last year? It is not hard to imagine
Perth spas could offer more than that considering its serene and uncrowded
places. If you are in Perth, try www.crownperth.com.au and click the Hotels and Spa page, it will
lead you to uncover the secret of Crown Perth's heaven on earth.
Going for a spa helps us unwind from the stressful city life,
leads us to restore our energy and refreshes our cluttered mind. Based on our
personal spa experience, we highly recommend couples or individuals to go for a
spa once in a while. It is beneficial to our body and soul.
I can't wait to have another Spa Bliss Weekend getaway again to
clear my mind and recharge my body's energy. After our spa session last year, I
felt so much better about myself and it made me feel relaxed and energized. The
hubby on the other hand, who doesn't like the idea of getting a massage done
was relieved from sore joints and muscles. I think we both deserve such a great
spa treat. Parenting two hyper active kids and working full time eats up all
our energy at times and it leaves us like a wilted plant.
Life is too short not to take care of it and get the most out of
it. We must all live life to the fullest and enjoy every single second that we
are alive and breathing normally.
you deserve every pampering Che, I love the chiropractic massage I have every 3 weeks, i could feel tensions released.
