Healthy Vegetarian Pizza Recipe


I so love Instagram, I came up with another healthy recipe for the fambam inspired by an Instagram post of @befitfoods.

Tadaaaa!!! Here's my own version of vegetarian pizza: (Not so sure if it's still considered vegetarian because I added grated cheese.)


I am still working on my plating/food presentation, this ain't so bad don't you think so? I am getting better each day because I always take screen shots of well-presented foods on Instagram. That's my little secret (secret no more, haha) for acquiring the chef tag from the hubby and my big rabbit. I was a little disappointed when I served it and they left nothing for me. I had to make another one to find out why they loved it so much. Haha! :D


This is the second serving I made. I set aside a pie for me to make sure I get to taste it this time around. LOL. You have to try this, it's really good. Munching on a pizza without feeling guilty makes so much difference.


What you will need:
  • wholemeal wrap (serves as pizza base)
  • baby spinach
  • ripe avocado
  • cherry tomatoes
  • grated cheese 
  • lemon
Heat up the pizza base for about 40 seconds in a pan, top it with baby spinach, avocado and cherry tomatoes. Garnish with grated cheese and squeeze lemon juice before devouring. It's so delicious and healthy!
