The handsome man with me in the photo is my personal doctor. Before you ask me "I thought he's an architect?", let me explain. This man takes care of me like a professional healer. He pops the vitamins in my mouth before he leaves for work everyday with an ever-ready glass of water in his hands. He has to do that to make sure I don't throw the capsule when he turns his back. 2) drink plenty of water
3) eat vitamin rich foods
4) get an ample rest
He is the type of person who self-medicates but he normally consult a Pharmacist before buying a medicine for the family to make sure it does more good than harm. When he can't find any pharmacist at the drug store, he checks out some drug stores in the internet to see if he can find the drug he was looking for. These days, online drug stores make life so much easier especially when our immune system is down.

Hahaha I remember telling you that am sure Mondabest will make sure you take your meds and take you to the doc when rest and water therapy don't work :)
