  4. I could have used a Math tutor back in highschool! LOL! I totally am not good with numbers and I agree that kids will need Math tutors especially if their parents are not familiar with it anymore. I remember one time I asked my mom to teach me how to solve a problem and she said she's forgotten about it already. LOL.

  6. Oh... Math how I love thee!!!! (LOL). Not really. I needed a tutor myself. That's why one of the qualities in a man that was marriage material for me was someone who knows his Math so well. I got one, he's a whiz. It would have been a disaster to have kids from parents who are both 'in love' (the opposite, of course) with Math. :-)

  10. back here again Che, indeed, even if the child is already very good in Math, it won't hurt to enroll the child in Math's tuition for more advanced classes or courses in Math, it pays to be good in Math :)

  13. I have learned from my husband that students from Singapore are leading in Math tests around the world. I think Math tuition classes are the reason why it is so. The US Department of Education should also make this a priority. I am no good in Math, but having a Math Professor husband, I am assured that our daughters will have no problem in learning it.

I hated Math when I was younger that's why I chose a Social Science degree so I won't be bombarded with the subject i dreAd hahaha!I slowly learned to love it when I was seated in the front row and listened attentively to my Algebra teacher in college. He would always give us exercises which i so enjoyed. WhAt do you know? I gained the highest grade in the class- 1.5! Unbelievable! :)
